Spatial Chat Tinkering Workshop: Hack your House
Anyone else ready to experiment with new ways of online tinkering and prototyping? I'm so excited to be collaborating with Josh Gutwill and Sue Allen of the Clean Conferencing Institute and Emma Callow of Maker Parties to develop strategies for more open, interactive and playful virtual hands-on workshops.
If you're a curious teacher, educator, artist and/or maker please join us for the upcoming online Tinkering Workshop: Hack Your House that will take place Saturday, December 6th:
9:00-10:30am on the west coast
12:00-1:30pm eastern time
4:00-5:30pm in the UK
5:00-6:30pm in Europe
We'll try out several different hands-on projects where participants can discover possibilities for open ended tinkering activities, test new ways of being together in a virtual space, build in moments to reflect and take time to network with a global community of making and tinkering educators. I'm really excited about the potential for using platforms like SpatialChat to reimagine the way people can meet and tinker online. We hope that you'll join us to see how this dynamic environment can support participants to explore, engage, ask questions and make connections with each other.
